Cynthia Brothers is a senior program officer for the Four Freedoms Fund, and has also worked with other NEO collaborative funds including the American Dream Fund, the Census Collaborative Fund, and State Infrastructure Fund.
Cynthia has additionally worked as a consultant for Welcoming America, the New Americans Campaign, the Seattle Office of Immigrant and Refugee Affairs, with CultureStrike as an Immigration Cultural Strategist and Coordinator, and with 18MillionRising. She is a founding member of the anti-displacement organizing group Chinatown International District (CID) Coalition.
She holds a master’s degree in public administration from the Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service at New York University, and B.A.s in psychology and business administration from the University of Washington.
